The NWP ASA Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that we have completed negotiations and have reached an agreement with the NWP Administration Bargaining Committee. We are sure you will have questions in the coming days. If you would like to reach out personally, you can do so by emailing bargaining@nwpasa.ca or by reaching out to any of the members on the Bargaining Committee.
The next formal step is for the ASA members to ratify the draft agreement. Pending our ratification, the NWP Board of Governors will then start their ratification process. Please note that if we fail to reach quorum at the ratification meeting, the process will be delayed until August.

The Northwestern Polytechnic Academic Staff Association acknowledges that our campuses are located on Treaty 8 territory, the ancestral and present-day home of many diverse First Nations, Métis, and Inuit people. We are grateful to work, live, and learn on the traditional territory of Duncan's First Nation, Horse Lake First Nation, and Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, who are the original caretakers of this land.
We acknowledge this land's history and are thankful for the opportunity to walk together in friendship, where we will encourage and promote positive change for present and future generations.
