Bargaining Update #15

The ASA Bargaining Chairs met with the BOG representatives on March 18th and discussed
the changes to the BOG Bargaining Team and meeting schedules moving forward.

  • Jodi Peebles was added to the BOG Bargaining Team as the Chair to replace Terry
    Kowalchuk. No other changes were made to the bargaining teams or processes.

Bargaining Update #16

The ASA Bargaining Team met with the BOG representatives on April 8th and discussed the
following articles:

  • LOU/ Modified Salary Grid before table of contents
  • Article 8: Conditions Governing Salary Entitlements
    • 8.6.1-- Chairperson Stipend
  • Article 9: Determination Of Academic Responsibilities
    • Clause 9.2.1 (b) – Workload Table
  • Chairperson Proposal (Article 1.0, 5.0, 7.0, 8.0, 10.0, 11.0, Appendix IV, V, VI)
  • Appendix V Faculty Evaluation Procedures - LOU proposed
